Both words ‘mist‘ are not related in meaning, only in spelling.

He is missing two teeth
Je weet niet wat je mist!

We don’t have a Dutch expression for ‘happy Valentine’. Only recently we started sending each other cards on February 14th. We copied this habit from the English speaking world, so we just use the English expression for it: Happy Valentine.
